Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of SuperArc. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SuperArc to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Upload, store, or transmit malware, viruses, worms, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, or systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing communications.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any person.
  • Post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
  • Use the Service in connection with any high-risk activity where failure could cause harm.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization.

2. Content Standards

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through SuperArc. Your content must not:

  • Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any third party.
  • Contain sensitive personal information of others without their consent.
  • Contain any material that is harmful to minors.
  • Contain any material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability.

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to superarc.app@gmail.com.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
